Charles Hoskinson is CEO and Founder of Input Output Group, the company behind the Cardano blockchain and a co-founder of Ethereum.

Tamara HaasenPresident

Tamara Haasen plays a pivotal role in shaping IOG’s culture, operations, and global growth.

Gerard MoroneyChief Operating Officer

Gerard Moroney studied mechanical engineering at the University of Limerick, Ireland, followed by a PhD at the University of Liverpool specializing in the numerical simulation of sub-surface (internal) ocean waves. He has spent his career in the technology industry, in consulting, program management and chief technology officer roles.

Joel Telpner Chief Legal & Policy Officer

Joel Telpner joined Input Output Group as chief legal officer in 2021 and is also special counsel and chair of the fintech and blockchain practice at Sullivan & Worcester.

Prof Aggelos KiayiasChief Scientist

Professor Aggelos Kiayias holds the chair in cybersecurity and privacy at the University of Edinburgh. He directs the Blockchain Technology Laboratory and focuses his research on blockchain technologies, cryptography, e-voting, privacy, and secure multiparty protocols.

Mike WardChief Product Officer

Mike Ward is a proven product leader with a track record of building successful products and teams. He has defined, launched, and managed blockchain, crypto, B2B commerce, and cloud AI/ML solutions at companies like Microsoft and R3.

Ryan DavisChief Investment Officer

Ryan brings more than 20 years of experience across investment management, capital markets, fintech, and digital assets. He leads IOG’s investment strategy with rich expertise in early-stage venture fund and studio development as well as institutional asset management focused exclusively on blockchain technologies.

Chris GhentChief Growth Officer

Chris is an accomplished growth leader and blockchain innovator with more than 17 years of experience spanning marketing, business development, and entrepreneurship. He is responsible for global growth and strategic partnerships at Input Output Group, where he collaborates with partners, entrepreneurs, and ventures to expand the reach of Web3 innovation.

Glenda ShoreChief People Officer

Glenda Shore joined IOHK as a HR manager in 2017. A senior HR professional, Glenda has over 15 years' international experience across several different sectors. A strong advocate of driving human capital strategies, Glenda's focus is on areas such as organizational structure, compliance, total rewards, compensation, and promoting an engaged workplace.

Tim HarrisonEVP of Community and Ecosystem

Tim Harrison is a strategic communications specialist, with 20 years of experience building engagement and community in senior marketing and communications roles. He has worked with organizations including Visa, Vodafone, Electronic Arts, and Sony, as well as consulting for numerous start-up and growth companies. He started working with IOHK in April 2019.

J.J. SilerVP of Commercial

As VP of Commercial, J.J. Siler works with founders to forge strategic partnerships, unlock growth opportunities, and connect ventures with the right markets and networks. From first conversation to global scale, his role is to help turn bold ideas into thriving ecosystems

As VP of Integra and AI, Carlos Vargas leads the design and deployment of these tools, ensuring that every venture benefits from cybernetic intelligence and adaptive execution.
