Tamara Haasen

Tamara Haasen plays a pivotal role in shaping IOG’s culture, operations, and global growth. Since joining IOG in 2017, she has progressed from culture officer and chief of staff to her current leadership position. A lifelong blockchain advocate, she also serves on the Midnight Foundation council, providing expertise in business development, systems integration, and talent strategy to advance the foundation’s mission and ecosystem governance. Deeply committed to innovation and education, she co-designed a product management specialist master’s program with Carnegie Mellon University to empower blockchain entrepreneurs and product leaders. She is the creator of Integra and is leading IOG’s plans to build a state-of-the-art global campus.
